Our names are Chris & Vicky, we have been married since 2015 and have two beautiful children.

After spending years of going to university, working for others and not getting the job satisfaction we wanted, we knew something had to change, but we were unsure of the direction to go. It was only when a family member had been too ashamed to ask for help and lost their home that we got the idea.

We have always been interested in property and if we had known from the start what our family member was going through, then we could have helped. So we spoke to some of the UK's leading property investment providers, got a loan and found ourselves re-training once again! But this time it was with a purpose.

Our aim was to help people from vendors to investors. We would spend every spare minute learning and perfecting our new craft, being taught and mentored along the way to create something we could be proud of. Finding a balance between family life, learning, starting the new business and still working 40 hours per week, it was tricky at times....but we did it.

​So here we are, after heavily investing in our education and further personal development, we are the proud owners of Legacy Property Partners. Having lived in Preston all our lives, we have excellent knowledge of the area and we are now positioned as one of the few experts in providing solutions to vendors and helping people build a property portfolio in and around the city of Preston.

 

We believe NOW is the best time to invest in property. To provide our high-quality service, we only take on a limited number of clients per month.
